• Program Manager   إدارة البرامج     

When we use Windows for the first time we'll see Program Manager Screen and it is the base to go to the other windows program it will be seen every time when you turn on or off the computer. We will see at the top of the screen a title bar written on it (Program Manager) and at the top right two small icon one of them is to increase window and the other to decrease window and at the top left a small icon (-) it is called Control and if we click on it appears many options. But the most important part is the list Bar which contain 4 jobs: 1- File    2- Option    3- Window    4-Help and every one of it contain many jobs.

عندما نستعمل برنامج ويدوز للمرة الأولى سنشاهد الشاشة الأساسية لهدا البرنامج، وهي شاشة إدارة البرامج Program Manager وهذه الشاشة ستكون اول ما نراه عندما نشغل الكمبيوتر وآخر ما نراه عندما نطفأه. يظهر لنا في نافئة مدير البرامج شريط العنوان Title Bar مكتوب عليه Program Manager كما نرى في أعلى الشاشة على اليمين زران صغيران أحدهما لتكبير النافذة والأخرى لتصغير النافذة كما يوجد على الشمال خط أفقي (-) يدعى خانة التحكم (Control)  والتي بمجدر النقر عليها يتفرع منها خانة حوار تحتوي على عدد من الأوامر.

أما الجزء الأهم في هذه النافذة هو شريط القوائم List Bar ويبين شريط القوائم أربعة وظائف وهم: الملف File - الخيارات Option - النافذة Window - والتعليمات للمساعدة Help وكل واحدة منها تحتوي على عدة أوامر.

File Contain These orders:    تحتوي خانة الملف على هذه الأوامر

1. New: it is used to open a new window تستعمل لقتح نافذة جديدة 

2. Open: it is used to open a certain icons by click on it تسعمل لقتح نافذة معينة بعد النقر عليها

3. Move: it is used to move a certain icon from window to other window  تسعمل لتحريك ايقونة من نافذة معينة إلى أخرى

4. Copy: it is used to copy icon form window to other window  تستعمل لنقل أيقونة من نافذة معينة إلى أخرى

5. Delete: it is used to delete icons or window تستعمل للإغلاق أيقونة او نافذة وذلك بالنقر عليها 

6. Properties: it is used to change the name of icon or window that we want   تسعمل لتغير أسم الأيقونة أو النافذة التي نريد أن نغيرها.

7. Run: it is used to run a certain icon after we choose it by writing it  تسعمل لتشغيل أيقونة معينة بعد ان يتم إختيارها بكتابة أسمها.

8. Exist Window: it is used to go finally from window program تسعمل للخروج نهائيا من الرنامج

Options Contain These orders:   تحتوي خانة الخيارات على هذه الأوامر

1. Auto Arrange: it is used to make auto sort for icons if we click on it  تستعمل لترتيب وضعية الأيقونات أوتوماتكيا بالنقر عليها

2. Minimize on use: it is used to minimize the size of Program manager window automatically when we turn on any of this application  تستخج لتصغير شاشة مدير البرامج الى حد ادنى تلقائيا عند تشغيل احد التطبيقات

3. Save setting on Exit: it is used to save window's form and icons opens when we turn off window program  تستخدم لحفظ شكل الصورة والأيقونات المقتوحة عندما نخرج من برنامج ويندوز

Windows Contain These orders:   تحتوي خانة النافذة على هذه الأوامر

1. Cascade: it is used to arrange windows in a sorted way  تستعمل لترتيب النوافذ بطريقة التعاقب

2. Tile: it is used to arrange windows in a   تستخدم لترتيب النوافذ بطريقة الرصف

3. Arrange Icons: it is used to arrange the position of Icons  تستخدم لترتيب وضعية الأيقوانات

4. Application, Accessories Main, Start up: it is used to open or turn on any window by click on it   تستخدم لتشغيل وفتح أي نافذة نريدها عند النقر على أسم هذه الشاشة

Help  Contain These orders:   تحتوي خانة نظام المساعدة على هذه الأوامر

1. Contents: it is used to set Alphabetical menu in a helpful position.يستخدم هذا الأمر لعرض قائمة الفبائية بمواضع العون الرئيسية

2. Search for help on: it is used to get help from Words menu or by entering to composition we need to get help from  تستخدم لإنتقاء مساعدة من قائمة الكلمات اللأساسية او عبر الدخول موضوع تحتاج المساعدة منه

3. How to use help: it is used to set information about Help order يستخدم هذا الأمر لعرض معلومات حول كيفية إستعمال برنامج المساعدة

4. Windows Tutorial: it is used to start using the Mouse with windows program  يستخدم هذا الأمر لبدأ درس تفاعلي حول إستعمال الفارة مع برنامج ويندوز

5. About Program Manager: it is used to give menu about window kind, the serial number, the way to use and about the memory available on your system   تستخدم لإعطاء قائمة حول نوع برنامج ويندوز والرقم التسلسلي ونمط التشغيل والذاكرة الموجودة على نظامك

Note: Sometimes we notice that there is a small line under some words so it means if we press on Alt on Keyboard + this word نلاحظ ان بعض الأوامر أو الكلمات تحتها خط صغير، وإذا كبسانا على Alt + هذه الكلمة الموجود تحتها خط
