• Main Group   المجموعة الأساسية    

Main Group window exist under File Manager Window and it is consist of a number of Group Icons, these icons describe a group of programs and certain files. Main Group Window contain two icons at the top right of the screen for decrease or increase, and Control Icons at the top left of the screen, and eight icons each icon has its own name and picture, we can change the name or the picture of these icons.

توجد النافذة الأساسية تحت نافذة مدير البرامج وهي تحتوي على عدد من ايقونات البرامج، تمثل هذه الأيقونات مجموعات من البرامج او ملقات معينة وتعتبر المجموعة الأساسية من أهم النوافذ في مدير البرامج. تحتوي شاشة النافذة الأساسية على زري التصغير والتكبير في أعلى الشاشة لجهة اليمين، وعلى خانة التحكم عند اعلى الشاشة لجهة الشمال، وهي تحتوي على ثمانية أيقونات تتمثل كل أيقونة بأسم وصورة مميزة تميزها عن غيرها، مع امكانية تغير الصورة والأسم لكل ايقونة.

1. File Manager: It is used to set, copy or delete files, and change or delete CD or Floppy contents. برنامج لإدارج ونسخ وحذف الملفات وتغير او نسخ او محو محتويات الأقراض او سي دي.

2. Control Panel: customize the appearance of your desktop and configure your computer  تحتوي هذا النظام على امكانية تغير قائمة ويندوز وعلى بيانات لتشغيل معدات الكمبيوتر

3. Print Manager: Add, remove or Printers or the way to print or change the way of printing these files. تستعمل لزيادة او حذف آلة طباعة وايضا معاينة طباعة المستندات والتحكم بها

4. MS-Dos Prompt: a program to back permanently to Dos program محث نظام دوس وهو يستعمل للعودة على نظام دوس مؤقتا

5. Windows Setup: it's a program used to change orders and applications, and to Add or cut parts of windows program. برنامج لتعديل تضبيطات النظام وإعداد النظام وإعداد الملفات واضافة او نزع اجزاء مكونة من برنامج ويندوز.

6. Pif Editor: a program to find or change files about Dos Application System. منقح ملف معلومات دوس وهو يستعمل لإيجاد او تغير ملفات معلومات البرنامج الخاصة بتطبيقات نطام دوس

7. Read Me: contains information about windows program. مستند تمهيدي يحتوي على معلومات حول برنامج ويندوز
