Personal Pronounsضمائر المتـكلــم  

A Personal Pronouns is a word that refers to:ضمائر المتكلم هي كلمة تعود الى

1.     The speaker or speakers.المتكلم او المتكلمون

2.     The person or persons spoken to.الشخص أو الأشخاص المتكلم اليهم

3.     The person or persons, which are spoken about.الشخص او الاشخاص الذين نتكلم عنهم

We call these kinds: First person, Second person, and Third person. We use the name Third person even when we are talking about things.نسمي هذه الأنواع: الشخص الأول، الشخص الثاني، الشخص الثالث، نستعمل ضمير الثالث عندما نتكلم عن الأشياء

Example:

Subject:       I came to school.أنا جئت إلى المدرسة

You are here.أنت هنا

She is talking. هي تتكلم 

It is brown.لونه بني

We are late.  نحن جئنا متأخرين

They arrived early.هم وصلوا باكرا

Object:        The car hit me.لقد صدمته السيارة   

                   The dog bit you.عضك الكلب

The boy found it.   الصبي وجدها  

The guard caught him.الحارس لقطه

She visited us.هي زارتنا    

The teacher likes them.المعلمة تحبهم

Possessive Adjectives: My car is red.سيارتي حمراء

This is your cat.هذه هرتك

His car is blue.سيارته زرقاء            

Her bag is pinkحقيبتها لونها زهر

Our house is near.بيتنا قريب

Your house is far.بيتك بعيد

Their car is lost.سيارتهم قد سرقت

Possessive Pronoun: The red coat is mine.المعطف الأحمر لي

                    This cat is yours.هذه الهرة لكم

The white car is his.السيارة البيضاء له

The green jacket is hers.الجاكيب الخضراء لها

 The shop is ours.الدكان هو لنا

The truck is yours.الشاحنة هي لكم

The ball is theirs.الطابة هي لهم

Interrogative Pronounالضمير المتسائل

When the pronoun is used to ask a question, we call it an Interrogative Pronoun. These are used interrogatively:

عندما يستعمل الضمير بقصد ان نسأل به، نسميه الضمير المتسأل ، وهذه الضمائر هي:

Whoمن                  Whichأي                Whoseلمن              Whatماذا

Who asks questions about persons. Example: Who are you? I am Sam.          

                                                                   Who did you play with? Sam.

Who نستعملها لنسأل عن شخص ما مثل: من أنت؟ أنا سام أو مع من لعبت؟ سام

Which asks questions about things and in some cases about persons. Example:

Which book is yours?             Which solider got injured?

Which نستعملها لنسأل عن الأشياء وفي بعض الأحيان عن الأشخاص مثل: أي من هذه الكتب لك؟ او أي جندي قد جرح.

Whose asks questions about things or persons that belong to something or some person. Example:                   Whose house is this?                Whose son is he?

Whose نستعملها لنسأل عن أشياء او أشخاص ينتمون الى شيئ او شخص مثل: لمن هذا المنزل أو لمن هذا الولد؟

What is used to ask many sorts of questions about people, things and actions. Example: What did the man say? What is your name?  What do you want to do?

What نستعملها لنسأل عن أجزاء متعددة من الأسئلة عن الأشخاص، الأشياء، او النشاطات مثل: ماذا قال الرجل؟  ما هو اسمك ؟ ماذا تريد ان تفعل؟
