• File Manager   إدارة الملفات     

File Manager is a program let you to work with files, directories and CD or Floppy. It is Exist in Main Group in Program Manager to done some of Dos application like:

إن ادارة الملفات هو برنامج يسمح لك بالتعمال مع الملفات والأدلة والأقراص ويعتبر برنامج ادارة الملفات جزءا هاما من برنامج ويندوز، ويقع في النافذة الجماعية ضمن شاشة ادارة البرامج  ويستعمل مدير الملفات لإنجاز معظم المهمات التي تتم من تحت نظام دوس مثل المهمات التالية:

• Set Directories List   سرد لوائح الأدلة

• Copy, delete or rename files  نسخ، حذف او اعادة تسمية ملفات

• Develop and change directories  إنشاء الأدلة وتغيرها

• Turn on program تشغيل البرامج

• Printing files  طباعة الملفات

• Change Floppy Drive  تغير سواقات الأقراص

• Copy, Delete or change Floppy or CD  نسخ الأقراص ومحوها

In File Manager window there are a window (C:\window\*.*) and at the top of this window their is list of icons  consist of Floppy Drives (A:, C: D:, ...) and at the right of screen the name of Floppy or CD in the Current Label. At the bottom of the screen their is Status Bar and left to it the information about the current floppy drive, its content, and name; and at the right of Status Bar there are information about the files and Bytes this Floppy contains. File Manager screen contain a list Bar consist of seven jobs: File, Disk, Tree, View, Option, Window and Help; and every one of it consist of a number of orders. We will notice sometimes that some Directories icons consist (+) mark and this means that this Directory contain other directories and subdirectories, and if we see (-) mark this mean that we are see the wide view of this directory.

يوجد ضمن نافذة تطبيق مدير الملفات، نافذة مستند الدليل (*.*\C:\Windows) أما في أعلى هذه النافذة فيوجد شريط ايقونة سواقة الأقراص الذي يحتوي على الأيقونات التي تمثل سواقات القرص. وعلى يمين الشاشة اسم القرص في السواقة الحالية (Label) يقسم القسم الرئيسي لنافذة مستند الدليل الى فرعين يسميان الواح النافذة (Pane) يوجد على الجهة اليسرى شجرة الأدلة والتي هي عبارة عن تمثيل بياني للعلاقة بين الأدلة (Directories) والأدلة الفرعية (Subdirectories) ويوجد على الجهة اليمنى أسما الأدلة الفرعية والملفات الموجودة في الدليل المنتقى. وفي اسفل النافذة شريط حالة Status Bar أما على يسار شريط الحالة فيوجد المعلومات المتعلقة بسواقة القرص الحالية، وحرف السواقة وسعة الفرص الحالية والسعة الأجمالية أما على الجهة اليمنة من شريط الحالة توجد معلومات بخصوص الدليل الحالي، وعدد الملفات التي يحتويها وعدد Bytes التي نستعملها. وتحتوي أيضا شاشة المدير على شريط قوائم List Bar وهي تبين سبع وظائف: الملف - القرص - الشجرة - المعاينة - الخيارات - النافذة - والتعليمات او المساعدة. وسوف نلاحظ ان بعض الأدلة تملك علامة (+) ضمنها وهذا يعني ان الدليل Directory يحتوي على ادلة فرعية أما علامة (-) فتعني ان هذا الدليل موسع وان لم تكن تحتوي اي من هذه الإشارات فهذا يعني انه فارغ  خالي من الأدلة.

1. File List: it is used to copy, open, rename, cut file properties, and program turn on, and print this files with its applications and develop and searching about files.  تستعمل لنسخ، فتح، اعادة تسمية، او حذف وضبط خصائص الملف، وتشغيل البرامج، وطباعة ربط الملفات مع التطبيقات وانشاء الأدلة والبحث عن الملفات.

2. Disk List: to copy and draw floppies and made Bootable and select floppy drive  لنسخ ورسم وسق الأقراص، وصنع الأقراص للنهوض وانتقاء سواقة الأقراص.

3. Tree List: to increase and decrease trees, and show the Expandable Branches of this directory.  توسع وتقلص شجراتن وتين التفريعات المقابلة للتوسع

4. View List: to control the contents and organize these directories and expandable Branches  للتحكم بالمحتويات وترتيب الأدلة والملفات المدرجة

5. Options List: to change fonts, and save these applications in exit, and list bar and to decrease Directory Window at the application of this programs.

6. Windows List: to do new window, and organize icons, and select Directory Icons.  لعمل نافذة جديدة، وصف، وترتيب الأيقونات، وانتقاء نوافذ الدليل.

7. Help List: to list help files to File Manager, and search according to the composition, and give information about file manager  لعرض محتويات العون لمدير الملفات، والبحث عن المساعدة حسب الموضوع، وإستعمال خيار المساعدة لمدير الملفات، وإعطاء معلومات عن مدير الملفات
